Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your home goods in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
